10.1-RELEASE: bsdinstall on zfs: /var and /usr on zroot/ROOT/default

That's odd I don't have a install done by zfs-setup but I do have a
number of similarly setup boxes and the output displays correctly.
What does a straight df -h show and what if anything is in your /etc/fstab?
