freebsd-update of 9.2 linker.hints has two checksums?

I updated from 9.2-p3 to FreeBSD 9.2-RELEASE-p6 amd64 GENERIC
Then I did freebsd-update IDS and the result is really strange:

linker.hints has recorder two different checksums.
How is it possible?
