Heads-Up: Schedule for 9.2-RELEASE

It was brought to our attention that this was not announced on -stable
before now. That is my fault.

This is a reminder that the Code Slush (aka "Feature Freeze") for
9.2-RELEASE is in effect.

The Code Slush is different from the Code Freeze in that you do not need
to ask re@ permission for every commit, however with Code Slush we ask
that you stop adding new features and focus more on fixing any issues
in the existing code.

As a reminder, the schedule for 9.2-RELEASE is as follows:

 stable/9 slush:	July 6, 2013
 stable/9 freeze:	July 12, 2013
 BETA1 build starts:	July 19, 2013
 BETA2 build starts:	July 26, 2013
 RC1 build starts:	August 2, 2013
 RC2 build starts:	August 9, 2013
 RC3 build starts:	August 16, 2013
RELEASE build starts:	August 23, 2013
 RELEASE announcement:	August 31, 2013

If you are aware of any problems in stable/9, please let re@ know.
