The problem with starting/stopping of jail in the last 9-STABLE.

At system startup, a message:
Starting jails: cannot start jail "test":
 -1

# /etc/rc.d/jail start
Starts jail successfully.

# ee /var/run/jail_test.id 
Setting hostname: test.

# /etc/rc.d/jail stop
Stopping jails: test

# jls
   JID  IP Address      Hostname                      Path
     3  10.2.8.7             test                                   /usr/jails/www

#uname -a
