/usr/bin/unzip not being installed on 8.3-STABLE

On Sat, May 26, 2012 at 04:24:32PM -0400 I heard the voice of
Jason Hellenthal, and lo! it spake thus:

>From a quick look at history, unzip was never connected to the build
in 8.x, only 9.x+ (r200068, Dec 2009).
