Finally got it from:

=> gcc-4.6-20120608.tar.bz2 doesn't seem to exist in /usr/ports/distfiles//.
=> Attempting to fetch

gcc-4.6-20120608.tar.bz2                                64 MB  597 kBps

Clearly a bad mirror.
