7-STABLE: mergemaster tzsetup question

It's a path, relative to /usr/share/zoneinfo, for the source of the file
that was copied to /etc/localtime.

Thus, in my case, it reads:

America/Los_Angeles

on my laptop.  For machines that run UTC, it's not needed.
