RELENG_7 if_nve panic

Thanks for reminding me about nfe.

I just tried it and it does work.

I tried nfe sometime in the summer and it did not work on my hardware.
That is why I was sticking to nve.

Now it seems I can switch to nfe.

(but nve is still broken if someone cares).
