make installworld failed

Hi,

I am trying to installworld:

/usr/share/man/man8/bootpgw.8.gz -> /usr/share/man/man8/bootpd.8.gz
rm: /usr/share/man/man8/bootpgw.8: Not a directory
rm: /usr/share/man/man8/bootpgw.8.gz: Not a directory
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/src/libexec/bootpd.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/src/libexec.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/src.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/src.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/src.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/src.


What might be the problem?

My system is 8.0-RELEASE, sources taken from cvs today.
