Note that csup only supports a subset of cvsup functionality. The
most obvious missing feature is CVS mode.

I agree in general but this can also lead to similar gotchas on the
Windows side if the Unix side has files differing only in case.
Please excuse any delays as the result of my ISP's inability to implement
an MTA that is either RFC2821-compliant or matches their claimed behaviour.
