I was able to reproduce the panic. I plugged in external ZFS/GELI HDD 
via USB
and used 'zpool import' to import disk and did some 'ls' and then used 
'zpool export' to umount disk.
Then I detached the disk from desktop and tried to "shutdown -p now". 
This way panic is
reproduced 2 times.
