PCI serial card works on 6.2 but not on 6.3

The problem seems to be puc(4). This appears to be a multi-port
card, which means puc(4) needs to attach. This is not happening.

The problem seems to be revision 1.51.2.3 of src/sys/dev/puc/pucdata.c

Could you try the following patch?
