ntpd fails to synchronize on FreeBSD 6.3-STABLE

I really agree with you. I have upgraded to FreeBSD 7.0-RELEASE last weekend.
The problem still persists. There must be some firewall in front of my BSD box. 
I will check my router/gateway. I'm sure that it's not an ntpd or BSD issue.
