this problem is very old for me. it goes, at least from http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=97272 I found a workaround: you simply should set ServerName foobar.emxample in httpd.conf i don't know why missing ServerName causes coredump of apache in case of php+php_pgsql, but this works for me -- SY, Marat
