6.3 PRERELEASE

I would like a button I could push that would de-confuse users who write 
emails in blank verse :)

P.S. The difference between "6.2-stable" and "6.3-prerelease" is 
essentially just a name change.  Please read the handbook for extensive 
discussion on how the FreeBSD release process works.
