I think so.  Try patching your system with:

src/sys/kern/kern_mbuf.c,v 1.9.2.9
src/sys/sys/mbuf.h,v 1.170.2.7
src/sys/vm/uma.h,v 1.22.2.8
src/sys/vm/uma_core.c,v 1.119.2.19
src/sys/vm/uma_core.c,v 1.119.2.18

and perhaps also:

src/sys/kern/uipc_socket.c,v 1.293.
