If you're sure you want to override portaudit you can use

followed by any other arguments for building a port (see man 7 ports).
If you want to disable portaudit for portupgrade, use something like:

	portupgrade -m "DISABLE_VULNERABILITIES=yes"

followed by any other arguments needed.
