Netgear PCMCIA NIC

Hey guys,

Having a problem on a laptop I've recently migrated from 6.1-RELEASE to 
6.2-STABLE.

My PCMCIA NIC (Netgear GA511) no longer works, and after looking around a bit, 
I'm afraid its got me stumped.

Getting the following from dmesg upon insertion:
