Hang with powerd/powernow with SMP enabled

The machine will freeze hard a few seconds after powerd is started up by
the rc script. With kern.smp.disabled=1, everything seems to work fine.
This is with today's 6-STABLE/i386. I see that a fix for that sort of
thing was only recently MFC'd, unfortunately I cannot say whether the
problem was already there before it went in - the box is brand new.
Various debugging information:
sysctl -a | grep cpu:
http://people.freebsd.org/~lofi/cpu_nosmp.txt
http://people.freebsd.org/~lofi/cpu_smp.txt
sysctl -a | grep acpi:
http://people.freebsd.org/~lofi/acpi_nosmp.txt
http://people.freebsd.org/~lofi/acpi_smp.txt
dmesg -v (SMP)
http://people.freebsd.org/~lofi/dmesg_smp.txt
acpidump -dt:
http://people.freebsd.org/~lofi/acpidump.txt
Let me know if I can provide more information.
Cheers,
