GA-7VKMP: apci suspend leads to reboot

Dear colleagues,

on Gigabyte GA-7VKMP (SocketA) with the last (f5) BIOS and fresh RELENG_6_2 
suspending leads to hard reboot on resume. M$ WinXP suppends and resumes 
normally.
