Do anyone has any problem with sem_open() crash?

I have not change kernel config for a very long time. I have these enabled:
options SYSVSHM # SYSV-style shared memory
options SYSVMSG # SYSV-style message queues
options SYSVSEM # SYSV-style semaphores
