This no documentation because this isn't a supported action. Just start
at the top of the output of "rcorder /etc/rc.d.*" and look at the
scripts to see which ones of them aren't required by anything. Add
BEFORE entries for all of them.
Any statement of the form "X is the one, true Y" is FALSE.
