portupgrade-2.1.3.2,2 doesn't work with db42

I had the same problem - but I fixed mine by removing ruby-bdb (since I 
only used it for portupgrade) and rebuilding portupgrade to use 
ruby-bdb1.  I love portupgrade, but it seems a little...delicate...when 
it's upgraded. :)
