newfs_msdos onto an image file

I tried that and it didn't work.

Seems that md is missing some magic newfs_msdos needs..?

ie I did fdisk -BI md0 then fdisk -i md0 and changed the type to 6 but still 
couldn't newfs_msdos it :(
