CPUTYPE for FreeBSD AMD64 running on a Pentium D

AFAIK, it is not necessary to set CPUTYPE in make.conf. My amd64 box is
running just fine without it.

If you make a custom kernel, see /usr/src/sys/amd64/conf/GENERIC for the
correct machine and CPU.
