xorg-clients conflicts with xterm (patch)

Nope! It's that way in CVS.

I got xterm-206_1 to install by deleting xorg-clients and then
installing xterm-206_1 followed by xorg-clisents-6.8.2_1. It has worked
fine on all 5 systems I have done it on to this point.
