Sendmail not compiling with make world in 6.0

I get this error when trying to do a make world with FreeBSD 6.0.

I have the following in  my /etc/make.conf
SENDMAIL_CFLAGS=-I/usr/local/include/sasl1 -DSASL
SENDMAIL_LDFLAGS=-L/usr/local/lib
SENDMAIL_LDADD=-lsasl

Any clues on why this is failing with 6.0?  It worked in 5.4 no  
problem...
