SCHED_ULE with SMP broke libpthread/libthr on 5.4-RELEASE

Yes.
pthreads applications under SCHED_ULE but without SMP works OK...

PS. Please remeber that SCHED_ULE with SMP brokes also >10 utils 
compiled with pthreads in base system (host, dig, nslookup -> all DNS 
stuff).
