atkbd: changing flags at boot time

I've tested it again, giving exactly your suggestion in exactly that file, and 
it doesn't work.

However, on another machine, where I set the flags to 0x0 in the kernel 
configuration and rebuilt the kernel, it worked.

Both machines are Compaq DL380.
