Loss of serial ports after upgrade.

'di' is the disable command. These commands disable sio0 and sio1, so I
would not expect them to work or even be seen. The first command
disables the mouse, but you may want that.

It looks like you managed to add these lines to your /boot/kernel.conf
file.
