On ThinkPads, you normally press the blue Fn key to resume from suspend.
If the machine is hibernated, a short (less than 4 secs?) press on the
power button will resume. This is with that other OS, I don't know if
these keys works in FreeBSD. I have yet to try out suspend & resume on
my T41.
