iperf

iperf -s

i've run this several times, and the results are very similar.
i also tried i386, and the same bad results.
all hosts are connected at 1gb to the same switch.

nothing :-(
i noticed the badness when trying to set it up as my new dev. machine
and tried a make buildworld, and after 4hs i realized that something
is bad.
