Portupgrade question

Running portsdb -U  I get messages like these
    php4-gd-4.3.9:"/a/ports/lang/php5" non-existent -- dependency list 
incomplete
    php4-gd-4.3.9:"/a/ports/lang/php5" non-existent -- dependency list 
incomplete
    php4-ming-4.3.9:"/a/ports/lang/php5" non-existent -- dependency list 
incomplete
    php4-ming-4.3.9:"/a/ports/lang/php5" non-existent -- dependency list 
incomplete

Is this acceptable?

I am using the following sup file for upgrading ports.
