Fix make release for 4-STABLE

Hello,

For about 2 months now, 'make release' on 4-STABLE has been
broken by overflowing the floppy for BOOTMFS, as shown here:

I have fixed this locally.

This patch removes the parallel port support and USB mouse and
firewire ethernet.
