SAO (DAO) problem with SONY CRX-140E

Hi,

I am not able to write audio cd in session at once mode.
Cdrecord reports that the writer supports this mode (SAO, TAO, PACKET, 
SAO/R96R, RAW/R96R).
The error message, after [cdrecord -v gracetime=2 dev=1,0,0 speed=1 -dao 
-dummy -eject -pa d -audio *.wav] is:

Trouble flushing the cache

cdrecord: fifo was 0 times empty and 7 times full, min fill was 89%.

cdrdao has the same result. On cdrdao's homepage it is written that it 
should work fine with crx-140e firmware 1.0n, so I downgraded my 
firmware from 1.0s to 1.0n, but in vain.
The writer works well under Windows using Nero.
At first sight I thought it was a bug in cam, but when I tried burncd 
via atapi dev [ burncd -f /dev/acd0 -d -t -v audio *.wav]:

CUE sheet:

It gave the same result.

Any idea?
