Hello!

I have been getting reboots of my box occassionaly under 4-STABLE for
awhile, and I would like some help trying to track it down.

The first server is Compaq Proliant DL380G2:
2xPII1.4GHz, RAM 1.5 Gb, HDD - COMPAQ RAID 5 VOLUME.

Server used as web server with apache+FastCGI, mysql+InnoDB, the www
traffic is above 2048 Kbit/sec.

This panic was appear after reconfigure mysql to use innodb and after
increased memmory usage by mysql and apache.

Server reboots a few time per day.. I have been try to move above
mentioned services to diff server (Compaq Prolian ML370 1xPIII 700 MHz,
RAM 1Gb, 3x18Gb SCSI HDD) and got the same panic.

Any idea?
