X11 with nvidia --> panic

That helped. Thanks!

The only thing that works is to completely disable all AGB relevant
things, modules and kernel options and rebuild the x11/nvidia-driver
without any AGP-options.  Maybe ther's a conflict with SMP/HTT ?
