wi HostAP problems with -stable

try 1.1.1 1.5.6 firmware for releng 4_9 5_0

1.1.1 1.7.4 does work for 5_1 and up

something like:

ifconfig wi0 -mediaopt hostap
or
wicontrol wi0 -p 1 (for 4_9 and 5_0)
