"make -C ..." causes error in net/tkabber/Makefile, line 17

Even though man page & the binary will remain inconsistent w/ each
other?  And, as usage of 'make -C <dir>' increases in ports, people
increasingly keep asking about that in one way or other?

(I just want to be clear i am proposing only a change in
documenation, not the software of make.)
