5-stable build fails in sysinstall

Looks like rebuilding termcap.db fixed the problem:

majestix-emg:/usr/share/misc# ls -l ter*

-r--r--r--  1 root  wheel  625672192 Dec 20 18:32 termcap.db
majestix-emg:/usr/share/misc# grep -w ansi termcap
...
ansi|any ansi terminal with pessimistic assumptions:\
...
majestix-emg:/usr/share/misc# cap_mkdb termcap
majestix-emg:/usr/share/misc# ls -l term*
-r--r--r--  1 root  wheel   204798 Dec 20 18:31 termcap
-r--r--r--  1 root  wheel  1310720 Dec 21 16:31 termcap.db
