Possible Glitch In CTM/src-4/ Deltas

Hello,

I applied uptodate Ctm Src-4 deltas and it really messed 
up my system. I was able to buildworld/installworld but
when it came to buildkernal it spit our path error for perl
scripts. I've currently redownloaded src via Sysinstall and
everything is running smoothly.. But thing is how am i supose
to trust/use latest source/etc when there is a problem..
