unable to mount swap backed device

I noticed these options there, only, how do i invoke these commands in
this line in /etc/fstab: (can i do it like this?)

md    /var/amavis     mfs     rw,-s64m,-p750,-wamavis:amavis   0   0

Where -p750 means actually chmod 750
and -w.. means user and group amavis so that it's mounted like this:

drwxr-x---   5 amavis  amavis
