unable to mount swap backed device

On 5+, you need an entry like this in /etc/fstab:

md	/var/amavis	mfs	rw,-s64m	0	0

This will configure a swap backed 'md' disk and put a UFS
filesystem on it (see 'man mdmfs' for details).
