4.9 stability update

We've been in trouble since Jul 18. 
(so, it mightn't be caused by PAE)
Our machine reboots every day.
The timing is always when "24 hours after last reboot and
 the ifa_ifwithnet is called."
The machine is the gateway for IPv4 and IPv6 using gif tunnnel.
