I have the reboot problem with today's -stable and nvidia's driver (1.0.4365). I did recompile the driver after I upgraded, with -DWITH_FREEBSD_AGP. Since I have an old TNT2 card, I was able to switch back to the XFree86 nvidia driver, but I'd still like to use the official driver. Faried.
