ipfw segfaults on 4.9-STABLE (??)

I've seen it happen when /sbin/ipfw hasn't been compiled with IPFW2 support
and the kernel has. (and probably vice-versa)

# cd /usr/src/sbin/ipfw/
# make -DIPFW2 clean all install

Should hopefully cure the segfault.
