Yes.

LQM: deflink: Will send LQR every 30.00 secs

I even found this way back in my ppp.log:
Phase: deflink: ** Too many LQR packets lost **

So it's actually doing what it should. :)

Just enable lqr. The default period of 30 seconds is quite reasonable IMHO.
