Buildworld stops at etc/sendmail (was: can't install 'bin/sh')

Ok... I just removed /usr/src again, chose another mirror 
(cvsup.dk.freebsd.org -> cvsup.se.freebsd.org) *and* removed 
checkouts.cvs:RELENG_4. No change.

# ls -l /usr/src/etc/sendmail/
total 1
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  3058 Oct 30 23:38 Makefile
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel   898 Oct 30 23:38 freebsd.submit.mc
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  2236 Mar 29  2002 freefall.mc
