Time outs may be a case of bad cabling or termination.
Check them...

This looks like, your drive da2 is daying.
I had the same sort of errors few weeks ago.
You may not be able to unmount the drives properly now. Try to boot into
single user mode and work on that drive from there. If you are lucky,
you will have a chance to get the data back.
