Maybe http://www.memtest86.com/ can help you out?
Check if the motherboard manufactuer has some tests to check the hardware?
I saw some problems with syncing disks,  maybe harddrive problems? Check 
with the manufacturer of the harddrive if they have some testutillity to 
check if the harddrive is healthy?`
